After I've Ordered the Lifewave Patches
When your patches arrive, open the box. There will be several sleeves (envelope of patches) with a recommended usage and placement guide inside each patch sleeve.
- Open the sleeve. Note each individual patch is labeled on the paper backing.
- Each patch has a specific placement. Put the patch on the recommended pressure point or any spot on your body.
- Wear your patch for 12 hrs to activate and repair. Remove and give your body a rest for 12 hours. Apply a new patch daily.
- Drink lots of water during the day.
You may experience some symptoms of detox. If you do, this should dissipate within a few days. If you feel any discomfort at the point of placement just remove and use on another spot for a few hours. If you find any irritation from the adhesive, simply attach the patch to the inside of your clothing instead.

Yes. Wear the patches according to your schedule.

Alavida and Silent Nights are designed to wear at night while you sleep.

Can I wear in the shower or get patches wet?
Yes, the patches are designed to stick to your skin and are water-resistant.
If you find difficulty with the patch staying on your skin, simply place on the inside of your clothing.
Does it matter which side of patch is facing the skin?
The patches are designed to be placed adhesive side on the skin, but work both ways.
Most people wear the patches directly on their skin. but if preferred you can place on inside of your clothing and the patch will work fine.
After 12 hours of use can I remove and put on a pet?
