Meet Brooke Erickson
I’m Brooke — a functional nutritionist who takes a holistic, root-cause approach to healing burnout, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, and chronic fatigue. My work blends functional nutrition, circadian rhythm science, and nervous system regulation to help people restore their energy and reconnect with the wisdom of their body.
My Passion
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and restore the vitality that modern life so often disrupts. My work is rooted in a deep belief that the body is always communicating with us – we just have to listen and trust its ability to heal. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning and doing everything they’ve been told should support their health, yet they still feel exhausted, inflamed, or disconnected from themselves. My work is devoted to helping them understand what their body is communicating and guiding them back into alignment so they can feel like themselves again.
My Health Journey
My interest in health began at a young age after losing my grandmother to lymphoma when I was 18. Her passing deeply impacted me and ultimately inspired me to pursue studies in nutrition. But years later, even while working in the health field and doing everything I believed was “right,” I experienced burnout from constantly pushing myself and living out of alignment with my body’s natural rhythms. That experience led me to expand my understanding of what true nourishment means—recognizing that health is not just about food, but also about nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, living in rhythm with nature, and reconnecting with the body’s innate intelligence.
My Approach
After completing my degrees in Nutrition and Functional Medicine, I’ve spent nearly a decade in private practice supporting clients with chronic health challenges. Over the years my approach has continued to evolve as I learn more and gain wisdom from working with clients. What I have discovered is that the body’s healing potential expands when we address both biology and energy — the seen and unseen.
I believe true health comes from restoring balance in the body rather than forcing it into change. My work integrates functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm alignment, and energetic alignment to support lasting vitality.

True health is coherence — when the mind, body, and soul move in harmony. You can eat perfectly and still feel disconnected if your energy is fragmented or your nervous system doesn’t feel safe. Healing is remembering your wholeness. It’s about restoring safety, trust, and vitality so your natural radiance can return.
