Meet Brooke Erickson
I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel like something is wrong.
It happened to me before I ever had a single client. I was between my undergraduate and graduate degrees, studying nutrition, doing everything by the book, and my body was not cooperating. I was exhausted and inflamed and genuinely confused because according to everything I had learned, I should have been fine.
What I did not know then was that food and functional protocols alone were not the whole picture. I supported my body through that season with nutrition and targeted supplementation, and it helped. But the deeper understanding of what had actually been happening, the nervous system patterns, the energy, the design beneath it all, that came much later.
And when it did, everything changed.
My Story
My interest in health began early. When I was 18, I lost my grandmother to lymphoma. Her passing left a mark on me that never fully faded and quietly shaped the direction of my entire life. I wanted to understand the body. I wanted to understand why people got sick and what it actually meant to be well.
That curiosity led me into nutrition and functional medicine, and eventually into private practice, where I have now spent a decade working with women navigating chronic symptoms, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, and burnout.
About four years ago I discovered Human Design. I learned my type and something clicked into place in a way that nothing quite had before. Suddenly the patterns I had been living, the exhaustion, the way I had been driving my nervous system for years, made complete sense. I was not broken. I had just been living outside my design.
Since then I have been doing my own deep work. Deconditioning. Learning to regulate a nervous system I had unknowingly been running into the ground for years. Integrating what I now understand about energy, rhythm, and the intelligence the body carries. And bringing all of that, the lived experience alongside the clinical knowledge, into the work I do with clients every day.
What I Bring To This Work
I have a decade of experience in functional nutrition and private practice. My background spans nutrition, functional medicine, nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm science, and Human Design. But what I bring to this work is more than a list of qualifications.
I have an insatiable curiosity that keeps me constantly learning, both personally and professionally. The field of health and healing is always evolving and so am I. What excites me most is the place where cutting edge science and ancient body wisdom meet, and that intersection is where this work lives.
I also bring the perspective of someone who has lived the gap between knowing and feeling. Between doing everything right and still not feeling well. Between understanding health intellectually and actually experiencing it in my body. That experience does not leave you. It makes you a different kind of practitioner.
What I Believe
True health is coherence. It is when the mind, body, and soul move in harmony rather than in conflict.
You can eat perfectly and still feel disconnected if your nervous system does not feel safe. You can follow every protocol and still feel lost if you have drifted far from your own inner wisdom. Healing is not about finding the perfect plan. It is about remembering your wholeness. Restoring safety, trust, and vitality so that your body can do what it has always known how to do.
Your body is not broken. It has never been working against you. It has been communicating with you in the only language it has available. This work is about learning to listen.
Ready To Find Out If We're A Good Fit?
If any of this resonates, I would love to connect. A discovery call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can explore what is going on for you, what you are hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right next step.
