1:1 Initial Intake Appointment

If you’re ready to work together you can schedule the initial 90-minute intake session.

During the initial intake session we will spend 75-90 minutes reviewing your intake forms, health history, current health concerns, as well as any previous lab work. We will also assess your eating habits and other important lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and exercise, as well as any other mental or emotional concerns that may be impacting your health. After hearing your unique story we will discuss your health goals and I will provide you with next steps including nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

FAQ's

Can I work with you virtually?

Yes! At this time I am not seeing clients in-person. I offer Telehealth appointments through a HIPAA compliant video chat platform that you can access on your laptop, tablet, or phone. This allows you the flexibility to schedule appointments when they are convenient for you without the need for travel time.

Yes, I am currently an in-network provider for Regence, Premera, and Cigna. If you have insurance outside of these networks we are more than happy to provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement. Each insurance company and policy is different so you will need to call and find out you’re out of network coverage.

 

Insurance plans and policies can vary greatly and have unfortunately become difficult to work with and less beneficial for both practitioners and patients. Please call your insurance company to determine your Medical Nutrition Therapy coverage, diagnoses accepted, copayments and any deductibles. It is especially important that you verify if your nutrition benefits cover Telehealth appointments.


We are not a participating Medicare provider.

We offer a monthly membership package which is ideal for anyone ready to make significant diet and lifestyle changes. If you prefer to take it one session at a time then you can purchase individual sessions.

Yes! If you have a Health Savings Account through your employer you may use those funds towards nutrition counseling. Some HSA’s require a doctor’s referral for a medical condition to qualify. Check with your HR department for details.
